This review shall serve as public record that Thrifty auto sales on Boston Rd tampered with the security features of my 2018 dodge grand caravan. Individuals present on this day was car sales man Ralph and unknown never seen finance manager Jeff. I brought my vehicle to be appraised for a trade in and never received an appraised value. Instead I received a demand of information for my personal assets and a demand for a down payment without seeing any vehicles or being notified of what vehicle options would be submitted for credit inquiry. Nor was my credit analyzed to tell me what down payment amount would be needed to move forward with vehicle selection. I never had a vehicle submitted with my information for credit inquiry so I asked for my credit application to be returned since it seems as though my business is not wanted. Ralph refused to return my personally identifiable information. Although my information was never submitted to a bank my credit was ran because Ralph gave me an alleged credit score with no documentation. When returning to my car I was welcomed with a huge gash under my steering wheel. Anyone that knows how cars are stolen understand that this is the areas in which car thieves utilize to steal vehicles. I do not feel safe and I feel as though a gps tracker of some sort has been placed in my vehicle. In addition, upon return to my vehicle the electronic mechanisms which are used to lock and unlock my car did not work. Anyone who reads this post I am not telling you to not do business with this company. I am posting this for my own safety and security.

Ralph is really the man. I been back & fourth for a year trying to get a vehicle no other place helped me but Ralph.He has patiently helped, guided holding my hand throughout this stressful process. He is literally the person I call for questions. Ralph, the owner and Jeff again I am grateful for your excellent customer service! Thank you! I recommend them 100%.
